Finance CouncilThe Pastor is required by canon law to appoint a committee of lay volunteers to advise him in the prudent management, expenditure, and investment of parish funds. Finance Council members typically commit to serving a two-year term, during which they meet quarterly to review and discuss the parish’s financial statements and capital projects; approve the annual operating budget; and deliver the annual financial status report to parishioners.
